At B45 our yellow birch baseball bats are milled directly from the log and undergo intense scrutiny at every step of production. Every bat is checked for cracks, dents, significant grain lines where a split might occur, and any number of other imperfections. When we send out our bats we are confident in their quality.

For this reason, and because of the nature of the sport, we unfortunately cannot replace bats because of use. We will be happy to replace your B45 bat if, when you receive it, the bat has already suffered damage in transit. If this is the case you must contact us, by e-mail or phone immediately. If you do not contact us immediately we cannot guarantee that the damage was done prior to your receiving the bat and therefore we will not be able to replace it.

If you receive your B45 and it is not to the specifications that you gave at the time of ordering; please contact us as soon as you receive your order.
